Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of the website mirkadoucovanie.sk and the conditions for providing (i) digital content/services (online access to tests, results and explanations) and (ii) individual tutoring.

3. Account and access
Sign-in to the platform is available exclusively via a Google account. The user is required to protect access to their account and not share it with other persons.
4. Order and contract
Digital service (subscription/online access): An order is created by selecting a plan on the website and confirming the required steps in the interface. The contract for providing digital content/service is deemed concluded upon crediting the payment to the provider's account and subsequent activation of access.
Individual tutoring: The contract is created by confirmation of the booking by the provider (and/or by crediting the payment, if required in advance) and covers the agreed scope of lessons.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated alongside the individual plans/services. Payment is made by bank transfer according to the payment instructions displayed after selecting a plan/service. Access to the digital service is activated after matching the received payment.
6. Individual tutoring terms (rescheduling)
A reserved slot cannot be cancelled. It may be rescheduled to another available slot under the following conditions:
- the rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson,
- rescheduling is only possible by agreement and subject to current slot availability.
If notice is given less than 24 hours before the start, the slot is considered used. If the provider cannot deliver the agreed slot, an alternative slot will be offered.
7. Digital service, usage and refunds
The digital service consists of time-limited access to online content (tests, results, explanations and related functionalities). Usage is deemed to include activation of access, signing in to the account, and/or opening content within the platform.
Refunds are generally provided only in justified cases, in particular if:
- a duplicate payment was made,
- access was not activated due to reasons on the provider's side within a reasonable time,
- a demonstrable and serious technical malfunction prevented use of the service.
After activation and usage of the digital service, a refund is generally not provided, as the service is digital content delivered electronically and tied to the activation period.
8. Protection against misuse
It is prohibited to share account access, circumvent technical measures, attempt bulk downloads, or otherwise misuse the service. In case of suspected misuse, we may temporarily restrict or suspend access pending investigation.
9. Liability
We deliver services with due professional care. We are not liable for unfavourable outcomes caused by the client's failure to meet their obligations.

11. Final provisions
Slovak law applies to legal relations arising hereunder. We may update these terms for valid reasons; the current version is always published on this page.
